Although they don't seem like it on screen, 'Boys Over Flowers' stars Kim Hyun Joong and Goo Hye Sun are still awkward around each other. They've even shared a kiss scene and have yet to become close! Hyun Joong confessed that "I want to be better friends with Hye Sun noona. I wish to overcome this invisible wall we have between us. Right now, we still use the respectful speech with each other. Hye Sun noona speaks in the respectful tone to me, even though I am her junior in acting and in age." In his video message, he also added "Be careful of your lips!" and later explained that when Hye Sun laughed, she tends to bite her lips a lot. Although I heard that he usually takes a year to become friendly even with his girlfriend, I'd expect that people who film together 24/7 would be pretty close by now.
