First she executes the almost perfect backwards push-up. Everyone who has taken a P.E. class in middle school should be capable of doing this, but it is quite tiring after a while, so Kim switches to the invaluable chair prop.
Sit on one leg and stretch the other one out as far as you can to create a nice long line from the tip of your toe to your waistline.
The final pose should make a statement, so what better statement than to simply open your legs as far as you can? Of course, the fog machine helps as well.
