On July 14, media outlets have been bustling with talk of dating rumors between idol-turned-actress UEE (29) and singer/former M.I.B member Kangnam (30).
Shortly after the first dating rumors broke out, it seems UEE took to her Instagram to address the issue personally. She uploaded a photo of the script cover of her upcoming drama, 'Manhole', and wrote, "Filming! I'm truly flustered by the sudden phone call~!! It's true that I became close with Kangnam oppa through 'Jungle' and got together with him for meals, and we all met up comfortably too~ But if you just assume that as dating,, it makes me sad ???? Everyone!! If I actually find a romantic partner, I will let you know!! Right now, I'm working hard!!!"
However, not long after UEE's Instagram post, media outlet 'Dispatch' dropped photos of the actress and Kangnam on an alleged evening date. UEE's label Yeoreum Entertainment has once again stepped up with the statement, "We do not know under what circumstances the paparazzi photos were taken, but they are absolutely not dating... We confirmed with UEE multiple times, and she said definitely not. If they are truly dating, we have no reason to hide it... Regarding the paparazzi photos, we will release another statement hereafter."
