Rumors recently circulated stating that Mnet is blocking eliminated trainees from having interviews, endorsementdeals, and other promotional activities for 3 months.

In a statement to News 1, a rep from Mnet responded in strong denial and said, "The rumors stating that we're not letting trainees film ads or have interviews if they didn't make it in the top 20 are completelyfalse. Those conditions were not listed in the contract and we have never recommended it. The only thing we've asked is for them to participate in the concert."
The rep continued, "There might be a guideline for the 11 debut members but we know it's not right to have regulations for the trainees who didn't debut. We have never set such rules."
Meanwhile, 'Produce 101' season 2 concert with Wanna Oneand other trainees in the top 35 will betaking place on July 1-2 at Olympic Hall of Olympic Park.
