'Produce 101' has come up in controversies yet again.

Ha Min Ho (rank 47) from The Vibe Label has been accused of sexually harassing minors. Screenshots of Instagram conversations between him and minor fans have been revealed, causing a stir.

One of the girls uploaded this as proof:

She wrote, "I don't know if this is proof, but I had n drive back up automatically so it shows when I took screenshots. Why would I make up screenshots in 2016 keke.. He told me to erase Facebook messages because he got messages checked as a trainee, but I didn't know he'd be on 'Produce 101'."

He is talking to high school students, which are underage girls. While some are merely inviting them over to his house, others are blatantly sexual harassment. He is also accused of changing his name to Yu Seon Ho (Cube trainee) in an attempt to cover his tracks.

The way I see it, the girl is also at fault. If she was not into 'his game', she should have ignored his messages or block him. But she flirted as hell......He didn't force her or something. It's the same as dating. So, come one...how many of you had your first boyfriend after 18+ years? Girls nowadays are dating since they're 12 years old so I really pity this kid..

It's not a solid proof. We didn't see the start of their convo and the end of it. And "Minho" ask the girls if they can keep a secret. I have a feeling their's more to it than that.

Judging from his text messages, his game is weak!

i am thinking maybe we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg and there could be more such messages that the article didnt reveal or print out.

His ex-girlfriend came out that he forced her into sexual favors and that she was bullied for it.

Of course, now appears some ex-girlfriend to kick him when he´s already down. It´s always amazing how these girls practically fall down straight from heaven delivering incredible stories. Don´t get me wrong - I condemn abuse and any kind of violence against others utterly. But isn´t it such a coincidence that everytime someone appears in the spotlight and a scandal arises, there´s a former victim/ex-girlfriend/etc, that has some story to tell. To me it is at least quite suspicious.

I think its cuz they don't want them to be a public figure when they shouldn't be? Or maybe they tried to do something about it before but people didn't pay much attention? Idk. There could be loads of reasons to it.

honestly, i don't think this is sexual harassment at all even as someone who is super about protecting and supporting victims of it. like, unless these girls were 13 or 14 and he's 20 (right?) then yes thats not good and is a sign of predator behavior, but again, not necessarily sexual harassment. but if they are in highschool in the 16-19 range, this is literally just a horny boy trying to get some action. none of the screengrabs i saw showed any of the girls telling him to stop, to not contact them, or anything. one girl seemed uncomfortable with what he was suggesting, and he did continue to text her, but that isn't sexual harassment. the age difference is really the only thing i can see as not good, but look, guys who are 18-20 dating girls in highschool is nothing new. hell, both of my brothers dated girls 4 years younger than them in highschool and college. this is classic fuckboy shit. if the girls were super upset and asked him to stop but he continued, sending sexually explicit messages, pictures, etc then yes. but this is just a dude being an immature horny guy trying to go after fans for sex. that's not good, but it's not sexual harassment.

i'll be honest with you, if you're in college and you date a high schooler 4 years younger than you - then an adult is dating a kid. That's what it is - no matter how you look at it. Pervy as hell, disgusting too. Adults should date adults (unless there's like a one-two year age difference). 4 years is just too much

yeah i think it's pervy & disgusting too. i think it's a predatory thing. i'm just saying in this case in particular it definitely is gross, but legally it is not sexual harassment. unfortunately it happens all the time. sexual harassment in korea is defined as "feeling sexually humiliated or offended by using sexually charged behavior or language" so asking someone to come over or just being a "fuck boy" and texting them isn't sexual harassment. it also is harder to claim it is sexual harassment because none of the girls in those images provided ever expressed being offended or being humiliated or even asked him to stop or stopped answering him. don't get me wrong, he's engaging in predatory behavior for sure and is trying to get young girls to sleep with him because he knows they are easier to trick into it, but it isn't breaking the law unless "flirting" with someone under 20 is against the law. he's gross, but he's not a criminal and shouldn't be made out to be one because it has irreversible consequences for him.

i agree. i was only referring to what you said about your brothers dating girls 4 years younger than them in college :) That age difference at that age is a bit too much imho; no matter if it is your brother or a korean celeb

LOL true that!! i always thought it was so gross, but it's so common. it's disgusting like especially when you really think how different we are when we're a freshmen to when we're a senior!
