The agency announced on its homepage:

"We thank those of you who care for the artists under SM Entertainment. Recently, there have been repeated cases of artists' personal information being leaked and stolen as well as other seriously damaging acts. Cases of on and offline spreading of rumors, circulating false information, leaking and stealing personal information, invasion of privacy against our labelmates as well as artists' families and acquaintances are growing, causing material and psychological harm on a serious level. We've decided we will no longer tolerate these acts or stand by. We will take strong legal action against invasions of privacy and other illegal acts in order to protect our label's artists."

Sounds like a serious warning to all inappropriate fans.
