Singer Seo In Guk was treated for exhaustion on the September 9th episode of SBS' 'Law of the Jungle' in Mongolia.

Seo In Guk and the tribe headed out into the Gobi Desert to complete a mission, and they ended up eating a meal of grilled frogs. He stated, "To be honest, it was difficult to eat." The singer wasn't able to keep the frogs down, and he broke into a cold sweat and started coughing.

When the medical staff took a look at him, the doctor found Seo In Guk was suffering from severe fatigue as well as lack of nutrition, and he was given a saline drip.

He commented, "I didn't get sick because I came here. It's because I came right after filming a drama (MBC's 'Shopping King Louie'). I didn't rest, and I was physically exhausted when I came."

Hopefully, Seo In Guk feels better soon.

This is a random question but does anyone know the reason why korean dramas aren't usually preproduced? Like why are they filming and airing at the same time? Is it for the convenience of changing the script and pleasing the viewers?

because if the public don't like stuff they can change it or if the drama don't do well they can shorten the episode ,

Oh no. I wonder if this jam-packed schedule was his choice because he is about to go away for army soon or if it was his agency making him do it. He needs to take better care of his health. I hope he's not going back to his old eating habits. Here's hoping that his lack of nutrients is because of this survival show and not his personal eating habits.

yeah his body isn't in the best state.. he used to be bullimic back in the days so his diet hasn't been 100% healthy all the time.. he needs to have the right balance of nutrients to help recover himself.

Dude. It's just not worth it. Rest after each big project. A damned tv drama shouldn't take so much out of you anyway. The way they film them in Korea with those brutal schedules is just ridiculous. Shopping King was pre-produced obviously even that doesn't help.
