He'll be pre-releasing "...Is You" on the 19th at midnight KST. The song is written by the same mastermind behind 2NE1's "Hurt", Sun Woo Jung Ah. It's a neo-soul pop song that talks about the happiness that's found every day when spending time with a loved one.
