Mnet clarifies Cube Entertainment boy group Pentagon's new show 'Pentagon Maker'

Previously, several media outlets reported that�Mnet�was in the works for another of its idol-making survival variety shows. This time, the show is reportedly featuring�Cube Entertainment's new boy group�Pentagon, and Mnet has stepped up to clarify.

According to Mnet, Pentagon's new debut reality show will not air on its broadcast station, but will be aired online through digital contents brand 'M2'.�


The debut reality show will still consist of a survival format with the 10 members uploading different clips to showcase their singing, rap, dance, teamwork, variety talent, and mindset to earn the most amount of views. All 10 boys will be aiming to pass qualifications to join Pentagon as official members by their upcoming debut concert on July 16.�


'Pentagon Maker' is set to premiere this coming May 2 through 'M2's online channel and will air for the following 12 weeks every Monday and Tuesday.�
