In an exclusive report by Ilgan Sports, insiders revealed that the two are dating! "They met through a meeting on their personal time and they progressed into a relationship. They have been meeting freely and also hanging out with their acquaintances."
It's said the two may have given hints about their relationship by hashtagging each other's initials on their posts. Fans began to notice and their names were often searched together that when you type in Jung Chang Young on various domestic portal sites, the related search term comes up as Jung Ah.
However, Pledis Entertainment immediately addressed the rumors, by issuing varying statements. "They're not dating. Although they do have good feelings for one another, they haven't progressed into a relationship," one rep revealed, opening up the possibility that the two could become a couple later on.
Another rep, however, emphasized that the two are just friends by adding, "After asking Jung Ah, we have learned that they're just close friends, they're not a couple."
At the same time, one rep from the agency also said, "Jung Ah and Jung Chang Young aren't dating. They do have good feelings for each other, but they haven't yet become a couple. They're currently getting to know each other more."
So it seems what the agency is saying is that the two are maybe of a 'some' type of relationship, but not an official couple? Stay tuned for any other possible updates to come!
