Lorde, who happens to be a fan of various K-Pop artists, is currently in Japan as she will be performing at the Shinagwa Prince Hotel Stellar Ball on July 29. The ladies of Girls' Generation are also in Japan as they're currently promoting their greatest hit compilation album, 'The Best'.
With Girls' Generation's 'The Best' promotions in full gear, Lorde indirectly greeted the girls as she encountered a huge 'The Best' billboard. The popular New Zealand singer wrote on her Instagram, "hi gg nice to see you ok bye now (love you)".
As Lorde previously mentioned that she would love to write lyrics for a K-pop girl group, perhaps now would be a good time if they were to meet more directly.
