Kim Hyun Joong's fourth Japanese single album 'Hot Sun' previously charted at #1 on the Oricon Daily Single Chart and now ranks #1 on the Oricon Weekly Single Chart!

This is his second single album to top the Oricon Weekly Single Chart since 'Heat', which was released in July 2012, making him the first male international solo artist to top the chart twice.

His agency Key East Entertainment stated, "According to the Oricon reps, [Kim Hyun Joong] is the first international solo artist in 31 years since Taiwanese singer�Au Yeung Fei Fei to rank #1 on the Oricon Weekly Chart with a single album twice and the first male international solo artist to achieve this in Oricon history."
