Worlds collided today when Asia's leading girl group Girls' Generation snapped a friendly photo with one of the west's most well-known singers, Katy Perry!

The two artists had performed at 'U-EXPRESS LIVE 2014' in Japan recently. Afterwards, the two artists hung out together and snapped a photo together, which Taeyeon promptly posted to her Instagram.

"We had fun unnie!" she said. "Let's meet again sometime."
