JYJ's Junsu (XIA) and his agency C-JeS Entertainment were caught up in a dispute with LOEN Entertainment, who has been working with them for the singer's solo comeback. After C-JeS lashing out and bringing media attention, LOEN held a meeting to discuss the matter and it seems the two companies have worked out their differences to reach an understanding.

C-JeS Entertainment stated, "The dispute with LOEN Entertainment which occurred yesterday has now been smoothly resolved. Last night, we met with the LOEN representative and received the official word that they'll carry out all of XIA's promotional activities as previously discussed."

"XIA's showcase, which many fans have been waiting for all this time, will be live-streamed through MelOnTV. Also, the online promotions for XIA's 2nd full-length album have been confirmed so we will be able to distribute his music and performances for fans of XIA's music."

"We sincerely thank the various media outlets for taking interest in the affairs of our agency and the public for showing their support. XIA will return the love and support with the release of his 2nd album on the 15th and an Asia tour and more."

Now that this whole ordeal has been resolved, we now have Junsu's upcoming showcase and album to look forward to on the 15th, so make sure to check back!

As far as I am concerned, what C-JeS did with regard to this LOEN matter is the ONLY option they had at that moment which was to apply pressure on LEON with a backlash of public opinion.

C-JeS & JYJ have experienced this "last minute" abandonment too many times by spineless companies who give in to the attempts of the industry to continue to blacklist them for a civil lawsuit between two parties which has now been resolved.

They were 5 days away from the start of a promotion that had been in the planning for several months and felt they were being screwed over once again... somebody needed to answer for that and if C-JeS had the documentation that could prove LOEN gave them a reasonable belief there were not going to be any issues with the planned campaign, then IMO they had every right to use it against LOEN.

C-JeS & JYJ have every right to be angry whenever this type of bully treatment is used by the SK entertainment industry to sabotage their abilities to do business. Anyone who is frustrated with trying to work in a system that continuously uses an invisible hand to undermine their success would react in the same manner.

I'll be honest with you many people don't understand why persons would put sm in this but I for one can understand why 8 of SM artists worked for SK in april which was a little AFTER Cjes started negotiations with Loen. So I for one understand why persons would say SM is a part of this and it didn't help that loen said it was because of "internal" problems either...so ofc people are going to speculate SM..I speculate SM and the industry on a whole just tryna bullshit JYJ and Junsu...like I have that feeling that niggling feeling shits gunna go down on his day of the showcase...some fking malfunctions or something mark my words.

C-Jes once again shows that JYJ aren't to be messed with.

We'll have to see how this goes.

For those saying that C-Jes used media play in this issue. So, what? Other companies do it all the time! How else were they going to bring attention to what was going on? Were they supposed to bow their heads and let Loen get away with this? Hell no. The public are the ones who care about helping JYJ because everyone else are too busy being cowards. There was even a show about it on the Korean news yesterday. So for people saying that Koreans don't care about this, they do. And JYJ's international fans aren't to be messed with. Haters can do and say what they want, but JYJ aren't going anywhere.

it's sad because it seems like a victory but now companies will think twice before working with JYJ.

I get so frustrated with people who think C-JeS and JYJ should just roll over and take this kind of treatment in fear of further alienation of JYJ by companies. It's the companies in the SK entertainment industry who created the problem to begin with by continuing to react with this butt hurt resentment that 3 idols got loose from their company contracts. I'm not a C-JeS fan girl but IMO they really get a bum rap from all sides of the fence on anything they do. It's a damned-if-they-do-damned-if-they-don't-no-win situation for them but I give them props for hanging in there.

JYJ have a large overseas fan base period. Loen needs to stand by what they said. I guess they figured no one would care but there are a lot of fans around the world waiting for this album. Just too many people breaking contracts. If they didn't put it out there that they would

"XIA's showcase, which many fans have been waiting for all this time, will be live-streamed through MelOnTV.  I hope AllkPop will carry it or at least post a link for us to see.
