D-Unit will be attending the '64th Sapporo Snow Festival - K-Pop Festival 2013' as the representive artists of Korea.
The event, themed 'Love & Peace in Harmony for One Asia', is a Good Friends Save the Children (GFSC) charity campaign to aid Japan after its recent natural disasters. Profits from the friendship festival between Korea and Japan will be donated to the GFSC.
Although D-Unit have not made their official debut in Japan, videos of the members and group have already received attention online. The trio held a fan signing event in Japan for two days as well. Big Star and D-Unit will be visiting a children's rehabilitation center to do community service. SHINee had previously attended the same center during the '61st Sapporo Snow Festival'.
D-Unit will be going to Japan to hold a fan meeting in Osaka. They will also be appearing on Japanese TV and radio, and they're preparing to make a comeback with a full album in February.
