Psy is scheduled to perform in Canada for the 'Galaxy Note 2 Launching Party'.
Psy had originally been scheduled to fly into Toronto on the 29th, but Hurricane Sandy had delayed all the flights. He tweeted,
Planes to Toronto are canceled. Waiting for next availabilities. Please be safe everybody in the east coast!!!

He managed to get on a plane 8 hours afterwards, just in time for 'Galaxy Note 2 Launching Party' on the 30th. As Hurricane Sandy was still raging in the east coast when he got on the plane, fans were concerned about his safety.
Psy will be performing at Kool Haus and the concert is being held in order to promote the launch of Samsung's new Galaxy Note 2 phone.
