If you remember, Psy had previously promised to perform "Gangnam Style" shirtless if he reached 1st on Billboard's 'Hot 100'.
He has added on to that promise by announcing a treat for fans; "I am international singer Psy that you love. I gained a result that I never expected. If 'Gangnam Style' reaches 1st on Billboard, I'm going to provide a special 'Billboard Chart #1 Commemoration' theme for the use of Cyworld users who visit my mini homepage through the Cyworld app."
Currently, Psy's "Gangnam Style" is 2nd right behind Maroon 5's "One More Night". The song has jumped fro #64 to #11 in one week, and then up to #2 in another week. As such, it is expected that Psy may obtain the #1 spot within another week or so, and thus, fans are looking forward to seeing Psy keep both of his promises.
