Singer IU revealed her height and weight on her official fan cafe site, raising a lot of attention.
On April 4th, a bulletin was posted on an online community with the title, "IU confirms her weight on her fan cafe site."
In the bulletin, there is a screenshot of IU's comment to her fans' questions on her fan cafe site. At the sensitive question of how much she weighs, IU confidently revealed that she weights 44kg (about 97 pounds).
To the question, "Your height is 160cm, right?" IUreplied, "161.8cm". It was later discovered that the height matched the exact profile of her character at the time, Kim Pil Sook, in KBS2's 'Dream High,' bringing amusement to her fans.
Fans commented on her confession, "So honest," and "Not only does she sing well, but her honesty makes her even cuter."
IU has finished her previous activities in Korea and is currently promoting in Japan.
