On November 16th, 2NE1 and SECRET both released their latest Japanese works, which propelled them to the top of Japan's Oricon Daily Charts.
SECRET placed 5th on the 'Albums Daily Chart' with their "Shy Boy" album, while 2NE1's "Go Away" secured them a 9th place spot on the 'Singles Daily Chart'.
Considering how both groups ranked on Oricon's Top 10 in the same day demonstrates the increasing influence of Hallyu in the Japanese market.
