Turtles clears up false reports, clarifies that they are not disbanding

Earlier today, various news outlets reported that the Turtles would be disbanding. As it turns out, those reports were false. Member Geumbi cleared up the issue by revealing, "We had no idea that such reports had gone out, so we're very surprised with all of this.� After concluding our promotions last month, we've been attending various events together, so we're not sure exactly why such a report was made.� All those reports stating that we've disbanded are not true at all." When asked whether Jiyi would be studying abroad in Japan, she replied, "Jiyi herself is surprised as well. She has no thoughts about quitting her career to study in Japan. I, too, will not be quitting my career in this industry to look for another job." Commenting on the financial issues that were mentioned in previous articles, they said, "It is true that we're going through some difficulties in that aspect, but it's not to the point where we have to disband. We're all eating well and spending happy days." Lastly, she stated, "The members have not once thought of disbanding; it just doesn't work for us.� I haven't contacted Lee Kang yet, but I feel that he'll be just as surprised to hear this as we were.
