Japanese rock group X-Japan praises K-Pop and its artists

Legendary Japanese rock band X-Japan recently praised the growth of K-Pop and its artists at the 'Summer Sonic Festival' in Japan. The group stated, "K-Pop is impressive and you can truly tell that Korean singers all work very hard.�They're worthy of respect.�There is no shortcut when it comes to music and you can't expect yourself to become popular in an instant.�It's impossible to go to sleep and wake up as a rock star.�The achievements that Korean artists have made today and their efforts are worthy of respect." This is the first time X-Japan ever made a direct statement about K-Pop, and fans have taken it to be a sign of K-Pop's growth, especially since it's now been acknowledged by one of the most iconic musical groups of Japan. X-Japan will be coming over to Korea on October 28th for a Korean concert.
