Composer Bahnus has been ordered to compensate for the damages caused by his plagiarized songs. The Seoul Central District Court has sentenced Bahnus to pay approximately $255,000 USD (270,000,000 Korean WON) to Hyori's former management company, Mnet Media. Mnet Media was in the process of demanding compensation at the Seoul Central District Court against Bahnus. Mnet Media received 6 songs, including "I'm Back", for a fee of $25,600 USD from Bahnus, but it was revealed that all 6 of the songs were plagiarized.
