Yesterday, the boys of MBLAQ held a special fan event and celebrated their Japanese debut single, "Your Luv" placing 2nd on the vaunted Oricon charts. Well, now there's cause for further celebration.
At the event, G.O commented, "We would love to become #1 on the Oricon ranking chart." His wishes came to fruition as MBLAQ has reached #1 on the Oricon daily chart, they've sold a total of 11,066 copies of "Your Luv" to date. MBLAQ's mentor, Rain, was so proud of this achievement that he posted a screenshot on his official twitter page.
In the mean time, MBLAQ will continue their fan tour across Japan later this month. They have two upcoming dates on May 23rd (Osaka @ Nanba Hatch) and on May 26th (Tokyo @ Zepp Tokyo). Tickets go on sale today (selection via raffle) and are priced at 7800 yen ($96 USD).
