To actor Lee Bum Soo, 2010 was a very meaningful year. He was loved for his acting in the SBS drama 'Giant', and in May, he got married to Lee Yoon Jin.
Lee made an appearance on the December 28th broadcast of YTN's "Issue & People", and he shared what his life was like, post-"Giant".
Lee said, "We couldn't go on our honeymoon after the wedding, so in early December, right after the drama ended, we went to Thailand for our belated honeymoon. I used to go to work all the time, but now that the drama is over and I'm staying at home, my wife really likes it."
He also expressed his love for his wife, saying, "My wife lived in Indonesia when she was young, so she's good at the Indonesian language, but she's good at French and English too. Currently, she's learning Chinese as well. It's so nice to see my wife always studying and working hard to improve herself."
Lee Bum Soo first met his wife, Lee Yoon Jin, when she became his English teacher.
Lee said, "Since she was teaching me, we saw each other a lot; one moment, I started to see her as a woman. I was smitten by my wife's intelligent and considerate character. We got closer by talking about each other's dreams, and we started dating."
Currently, Lee Yoon Jin is an international translator as well as announcer, and is currently hosting a news program.
