KARA receive their second 'Gold' in Japan for 'KARA Best 2007-2010'

Following their honor of receiving a 'Gold' award for surpassing the 100,000 sales mark for their Japanese debut single, 'Mister', KARA has more to add on to their list of accomplishments, as they have achieved the same for their full Korean album, named, 'KARA Best 2007-2010'. The Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) recently confirmed that KARA's sales reached beyond 100,000 copies, which marks another record-breaking feat for KARA, as they are the first Korean singers since 1990 to surpass this number with an all Korean album. KARA themselves were also very surprised that their 'Best' album was able to reach such lengths of success. A representative said, "It was an event album that was released in order for the new Japanese fans to get to know the group better. We didn't know that this album would have such high sales demands.
