Singer Heize is giving fans a first glimpse of her upcoming winter comeback with the MV teaser for ‘Love Virus (Feat. I.M)’.
The teaser, released through her official channels on the 26th KST, is a music video teaser for the title track of her tenth mini-album ‘LOVE VIRUS Pt.1’, featuring cinematic visuals of couples facing separation.
Fans reacted enthusiastically online, with comments like “I’ve been waiting for this mood,” “It’s so good,” and “I’m really looking forward to it.”
Heize will officially release ‘LOVE VIRUS Pt.1’ on the 27th at 6 PM KST across major online music platforms. The album explores the traces, cracks, and unforgettable memories left by love through six emotional tracks. It marks her first comeback in about a year since ‘FALLIN’’, promising deeper and more nuanced emotions.
Heize participated in writing and composing all songs except the instrumental ‘Mirage’, including the title track ‘Love Virus (Feat. I.M)’, ‘Early Morning Taxi (Feat. Changsub)’, ‘Because of You’, ‘How Do I Look’, and ‘Last Goodbye’, showcasing her signature singer-songwriter artistry. The album delicately captures the contradictory emotions between love and heartbreak, creating a cinematic flow for listeners.
The album also features strong collaborations: I.M joins on the title track, while Changsub contributes to ‘Early Morning Taxi (Feat. Changsub)’. The contrast between their calm tones and Heize’s lyrical sensibility adds depth and warmth to the album’s sound.
Alongside the album release, Heize will hold the 2025 Heize Concert [Heize City: LOVE VIRUS] from December 26th to 28th at Seoul Myunghwa Live Hall, giving fans an opportunity to experience her new music live.
