SHINee’s KEY has dropped the full MV for “HUNTER,” the title track of his 3rd solo album of the same name.
In the MV, KEY takes on the role of a magnetic figure caught in a high-stakes pursuit, weaving through cinematic sets that mix action, intrigue, and striking visual artistry.
Dark, moody scenes are punctuated with bursts of vivid color, mirroring the song’s intense and alluring mood. The dynamic choreography and bold fashion styling further emphasize KEY’s flair for powerful performance and concept-driven storytelling.
‘HUNTER’ is a dance track built on a grand bass line and heavy kick drum, layered with rhythmic guitar riffs and a variety of synth pads.
The lyrics depict “me,” a character obsessing over another person while experiencing the paradox of “ecstasy in pain” within a complicated relationship.
This emotional narrative is elevated by KEY’s dynamic vocal delivery, amplifying the track’s dramatic appeal.
The album ‘HUNTER,’ released on August 11th (KST), features 10 tracks in total: “HUNTER,” pre-release single “Sweet Escape,” “Trap,” “Want Another,” “No Way!,” “Infatuation” (Feat. Eunho of PLAVE), “GLAM,” “Picture Frame,” “Perfect Error” (Feat. Seulgi), and “Lavender Love.”
