Actor Song Seung Hun revealed he burst into tears at a fan's wedding.
On the latest episode of 'You Quiz on the Block', Song Seung Hun appeared as a guest, and host Yoo Jae Suk mentioned how the actor is known to be good to his fans. Song Seung Hun then referred to a fan who was the president of his fan club for a long time, saying, "I've known her since I was a rookie actor starting out in the entertainment world. She was a student when I first met her, and she came to see me on set still in her school uniform. She's been my fan for over 20 years."
When the fan told him of her pending wedding, Song Seung Hun decided to surprise her. He shared, "A couple of years ago, she came to see me on set and told me, 'Oppa! I'm getting married!' I was like, 'What? You were just a high school kid following me around!' It felt unreal to hear about her wedding," adding, "I decided to see her get married. I showed up unannounced and went into the bride's waiting room. When I walked over, she was surprised and so happy to see me, but at the same time, she started crying."
Song Seung Hun recalled the event, saying, "I went there hoping to surprise her and make her happy because I was so excited for her. When I saw her though, I was reminded of all the times she came to see me on set. The times she showed up in her school uniform and backpack, and now she was all grown up and getting married to her love. Looking at her, I started crying too."
However, he said he calmed himself down before taking a photo with her. The actor expressed, "I realized all her friends and relatives were watching, like, 'Wow! Song Seung Hun is here!' If I started full on crying, there could be a misunderstanding. So I pulled myself together and tried to lighten the mood enough to take a photo together."
Song Seung Hun then revealed how grateful he was for her support through the years and thanked all of his fans in general.
