Son Dam Bi opened up about her pregnancy on YouTube.
On the October 2nd episode of her YouTube series 'DambiXon', Son Dam Bi released a video titled "I have something to tell you." In the video, the singer-actress vlogs herself announcing her pregnancy with her husband, former Olympic speed skater Lee Gyu Hyuk, and their parents. Driving the car, Lee Gyu Hyuk expressed his surprise, saying, "My grandmother will get to see her great-grandchild."
Son Dam Bi later mentioned, "I have to be cautious because I'm classified as a high-risk pregnancy. Right now, I'm feeling really sleepy and have headaches. I've almost been fainting. Before my blood tests, I was quite anxious. I'm really grateful that I succeeded in the second round of IVF. I can't believe it. [My husband] also cried." She then revealed they chose the name "Ddabong," which means thumbs up, for their unborn baby.
She further expressed, "I'm going to eat nutritious food now and try to avoid instant food. I've been sleeping too early, so I haven't had time to eat. I haven't exercised since the procedure, but I plan to start walking a bit, maybe in Namsan."
