The world's first hearing-impaired idol group BIG OCEAN is back with a new single.
On August 11 KST, BIG OCEAN released their third single "SLOW," featuring DAY6's Young K The music video for "SLOW" features the members communicating the lyrics to the song in sign language, adding a meaningful layer to the project.
The group's agency explained that the August 11 release date was chosen because it marks the closing day of the 2024 Paris Olympics and the beginning of the spotlight on Paralympic athletes. The agency expressed its support for all athletes, regardless of whether they won medals, and sent encouragement for the next steps in their journey.
"SLOW" conveys a hopeful message that even if the journey is slow, heading on it together allows us to reach even greater heights and distances.
