VICTON's Han Seung Woo has dropped his music video for "Blooming".

In the MV, Han Seung Woo lives free as he rides from place to place. "Blooming" is the title song of his 1st single album 'SCENE', and it's an upbeat song with delicate vocals and rich harmony with lyrics about yearning for freedom from all burdens.
