On February 24, MAMAMOO's Solar greeted fans on YouTube with a new video on her channel, 'Solarsido'.
In the video, Solar revealed, "I was thinking about what I should do for my birthday this year, and I felt like I always prepared a lot of gifts for myself in the past, so I was thinking of a gift for fans this year. On top of that, I have not really done something big for my parents, so I thought that since it's my birthday, I would do something generous for my parents."
Solar added on, "It's not something that I am buying on a whim, by the way. I've been preparing for this gift for several years (laughter)."
Solar then took her fans along as she drove a brand new, luxury SUV to her parents' house! The idol explained, "My mother has driven her car for about 10 years. I don't have a car, so as I give my mother this car, I plan on inheriting her old car."
