ITZY are the first-ever Korean idols to act as global brand models for 'Maybelline New York'.
On March 31, Maybelline announced JYP Entertainment girl group ITZY is the newest endorsement models for the cosmetics brand. Not only are ITZY the first K-pop group to represent the brand, they're also the first musical group to model for them. Previous endorsement models include actress Storm Reid and supermodel Gigi Hadid.
ITZY expressed, "Not only do we want to show fans new and varied challenges that we take up, but we also want to encourage everyone to find a bold and confident version of themselves." Global brand president Trisha Ayyagari also said, "ITZY champion self-love, individuality, and self-expression to their fans and global community. Their energy is powerful, and I'm so excited to bring these voices to Maybelline!"
