With approximately a month's time remaining until its long-awaited premiere, tvN's 'Arthdal Chronicles' took viewers behind the scenes during the cast and crew's first ever script reading set!

The upcoming, blockbuster tvN series, divided into a total of 3 parts, is Korea's first ever drama dealing with the story of an ancient civilization. 'Arthdal Chronicles' illustrates the stories and lives of people who live in a fictional ancient land called Arth, as individuals fight and war over power and authority, and among the chaos, a legendary hero is born. 

To meet viewers' high expectations for the nation's first ever, grand-scale ancient civilization drama, the cast's lead actors and actresses including Song Joong Ki, Jang Dong Gun, Kim Ji Won, Kim Ok Bin, and more can be seen giving their all in all seriousness during the first script reading. Furthermore, numerous familiar, veteran actors contribute their parts for a dramatic and successful first reading, raising even more anticipation for the series to come. 

'Arthdal Chronicles' premieres on tvN this June 1 at 9 PM KST. The series is also expected to premiere worldwide via 'Netflix' in June, so stay tuned!
