On March 29, the first episode of MBC's 'My Little Television' season 2 kicked off with a bang featuring MONSTA X's Shownu, Jung Hyung Don, Kim Gu Ra, veteran actress Kang Bu Ja, and more, hosted by IZ*ONE's Ahn Yoo Jin!

For his very first personal 'Twitch' broadcast of 'My Little Television V2', MONSTA X's Shownu decided to bring viewers a live workout - in the form of "slow contents". Stressing that his workout broadcast should be watched "slowly" as if "looking out the window on a train ride" or "watching the rain fall", Shownu got to work right away by introducing his workout partners for the day - a bodybuilding firefighter and a bodybuilding male nurse!
