EXO's Kai guested on MBC's survival program 'Under Nineteen'.

Following BTS' J-hope's appearance, EXO's Kai made his surprise visit on the January 12th episode to help out the young trainees. For the performance team presenting EXO's "Growl", Kai especially rolled up his sleeves for the very first time as a mentor.

"I have never even critiqued our company 'hoobae' NCT members before," said Kai. As it was Kai's first time, the 'Under Nineteen' trainees expressed how they felt "especially honored". Kai also asked them to be comfortable with him, referring to himself simply as "hyung". 

After watching their practice performance, Kai commented that they did "very well," especially considering that it is "always more nerve-racking to dance in front of teachers or 'sunbae' singers than to stand on the actual stage". Then, he gave the trainees some important pointers on detailed dance moves.
