Four out of the Five NewJeans members now have songwriter credits

Newjeans is recognized as a K-pop girl group who have been "holding the pen" since their debut.

Their creative input extends far beyond ordinary compositions. Newjeans have actively contributed to the creation of chart-dominating, viral sensations such as "Hype Boy," "Attention," "Ditto," and "OMG." These songs not only broke records but also resonated globally, further attesting to the group's versatile talents. Today, four out of the five members boast official songwriting credits, underlining their artistic contributions to their music.

Minji, Hanni, and Danielle have officially secured their individual identifier numbers from the Korean Music Copyright Association (KOMCA). Only Hyein doesn't have songwriting credits, but hopefully she does in the near future.
