Sunye, former leader of Wonder Girls, has shared a glimpse into her disciplined approach to health and self-care.
On February 3, Sunye posted a photo on her personal social media account along with the caption, “Time to detox.” The image featured a simple yet carefully prepared meal consisting of tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, and other vegetables.
The sauce-free, minimalist meal drew attention for reflecting Sunye’s consistent commitment to health management and personal discipline. Fans noted that her strict dietary choices highlight the level of care she continues to take in maintaining her well-being.
Sunye debuted in 2007 as a member of Wonder Girls, achieving massive popularity with hit songs such as “Tell Me,” “So Hot,” and “Nobody.” In 2013, she stepped away from group activities following her marriage to a Korean-Canadian missionary, and officially departed the group in 2015.
In December last year, Sunye reunited with former Wonder Girls members Hyerim and Yubin when they attended J.Y Park’s solo concert 'Happy Hour'. At the time, she expressed heartfelt gratitude toward Park, thanking him for believing in her from a young age and supporting her throughout her journey, including performing at her wedding.
Sunye is currently a mother of three daughters and continues to share moments from her life focused on family, faith, and personal wellness.
