Lee Yu Bi shared an update on her recent experience trying out the trendy “wanghong” concept during a trip to China.
On February 27, Lee uploaded a Shanghai vlog to her official YouTube channel, capturing highlights from her two-night, three-day getaway in Shanghai. From dazzling night views to the much-talked-about “wanghong experience,” popular among Gen MZ travelers, the video offers a glimpse into her packed and vibrant itinerary.
While in Shanghai, Lee delighted fans with her signature shopping haul, drawing the same enthusiastic attention she often receives from followers. She also shared a range of beauty tips, showcasing her lovely and approachable charm throughout the trip.
On the final day of her journey, Lee finally took on the highly anticipated wanghong experience. As she began her transformation with full-on wanghong-style makeup, she appeared less than satisfied with the initial results, expressing playful disappointment at how the look didn’t quite suit her expectations.
Even while heading to a snap photoshoot, she jokingly exclaimed, “It’s a disaster,” revealing her momentary despair. However, as filming began and a local passerby stepped in to offer impromptu pose coaching, Lee quickly burst into laughter, easing the awkwardness.
Soon, she fully embraced the wanghong concept, raising the energy on set and even making the photographer laugh. The final results highlighted her distinct features and undeniable actress aura, drawing admiration from viewers. Through the vlog, Lee conveyed her own natural vibe and overflowing loveliness, delivering cheerful energy to fans. Meanwhile, Lee’s younger sister, actress Lee Da In, is married to singer and actor Lee Seung Gi. The couple recently made headlines after announcing that they are expecting their second child.
