
K.Will revealed that he lost 14 kilograms in just two months, emphasizing that diet, not exercise alone, was the true key to his transformation.
On February 18, a video titled 'A Must Watch for Anyone Who Wants to Lose Holiday Weight Fast' was uploaded to his YouTube channel. In the video, K.Will shared an update on his fitness journey, explaining that although he has regained about 3 kilograms since reaching his lowest weight, he is still maintaining a healthy condition overall.
One of the most talked about parts of the video was his candid review of popular weight loss medications Wegovy and Mounjaro. Reflecting on his first attempt with Wegovy, he admitted that he lacked determination at the time. “When I first tried it, I was not fully committed to losing weight, so I did not see much effect,” he said. “It only made alcohol taste bad, which was disappointing. After I stopped, I experienced the yo yo effect.”

However, his experience with Mounjaro was different. He explained that he began the treatment with a stronger mindset and clearer goals. “On the first day, I did not eat anything and lost 3 kilograms in just one day,” he shared. “But supplements are only supplements. In the end, the real key to success was diet and exercise.”

K.Will revealed that he followed a strict one meal a day routine and combined it with 30 minutes on the stair climber, often nicknamed the Stairway to Heaven machine, along with interval running sessions consisting of one minute of running followed by one minute of walking. He also recounted an amusing episode from his health management process. After undergoing an Eight Constitution body type test at two different clinics, he received completely contradictory results.
“One place told me I was a Geumeum type and should absolutely avoid meat,” he said. “But another said I was a Mogyang type and should mainly eat meat. The results were so opposite that I was confused.” Ultimately, he concluded that moderation was the most sensible approach. “I decided it is best not to overdo anything, just eat moderately and exercise consistently,” he explained with a laugh.
Closing the video, K.Will stressed the importance of self belief and determination. “You need confidence in your results and faith in yourself to succeed in dieting,” he said. “This time, I think I succeeded because I truly had the willpower. I will do my best to maintain it.”
