ENHYPEN's Sunghoon has been chosen as a torchbearer for the upcoming Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026.
On January 23, BELIFT LAB confirmed in a phone interview with Dispatch that Sunghoon will participate in the torch relay for the 25th Winter Olympic Games.
Sunghoon was appointed as a promotional ambassador for the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee last May. Drawing on his background as a former member of the national figure skating development team prior to his debut, he has actively promoted the importance of everyday sports and physical activity.
He also attended the Winter Olympics athletes’ send-off ceremony held on January 22 at Seoul Olympic Parktel, where he delivered messages of encouragement to the Korean national team.
The Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 will be held from February 6 to 22 across Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo in Italy.
