Fifth-generation hot rookies ifeye have successfully wrapped up their first overseas fan signing event since debut, further expanding their global presence.
ifeye held their first official overseas fan signing event on December 21 in Shanghai, China, where they met local fans in a meaningful and memorable setting.
The event marked a significant milestone in ifeye’s debut year, as it was their first official opportunity to communicate directly with international fans. The members shared warm moments by making eye contact and interacting one by one with attendees, while fans responded with enthusiastic support, creating a lively atmosphere throughout the venue.
Since debut, ifeye has drawn attention not only through music promotions but also across fashion, festivals, and global stages, solidifying their image as rising global newcomers. In September, the group performed at the Taipei Dome in Taiwan, which accommodates approximately 40,000 people. Just five months after debut, ifeye delivered a polished performance on their first large-scale global stage, earning praise as a “global rookie.” They performed tracks including "NERDY", "Bubble Up", "r u ok?", and "Friend Like Me".
In November, ifeye appeared at the 2025 Color in Music Festival, where their confident stage presence and solid performance belied their rookie status. Their high-quality performance earned strong audience acclaim. As a result, their mini-album title track r u ok? was selected by the British music magazine NME as one of The 25 Best K-pop Songs of 2025 on December 10 (local time).
Since debuting on April 8 with their debut album 'ERLU BLUE', ifeye has steadily expanded their domestic and international fanbase through music activities and diverse stage performances.
Their agency Hi-Hat Entertainment stated, “This Shanghai fan signing marks the true beginning of ifeye’s global fandom expansion,” adding, “In 2026, the group will continue global activities across Asia and beyond, showcasing even greater growth.”
Meanwhile, after successfully concluding promotions for "r u ok?", the title track of their second mini-album ‘sweet tang’, ifeye is currently accelerating preparations for their next album.
