Actress Han So Hee candidly shared that she feels she has a deep emotional lack when it comes to love.
In the January issue of Dazed, Han So Hee showcased a wide range of charms, from her signature dreamy aura to a powerful and charismatic presence.
Ahead of the release of the film 'Project Y', Han So Hee spoke about her relationship with fans, saying, “I’m not someone who really draws a strict line between myself and my fans. Rather than thinking, ‘If I do this, they’ll like me more,’ I think my feelings start much closer to love itself.”
She continued, “Honestly, I feel like I’m someone who has a big lack when it comes to love. But from longtime fans to those who have just gotten to know me, everyone gives me such unconditional love. Even now, it’s hard for me to believe. I’ve never loved someone so blindly like that before.” She added, “Because of that, I try not to take this love for granted. At some point, the boundaries between my fans and me naturally broke down.”
Han So Hee also emphasized her honest approach toward fans, saying, “I don’t play push-and-pull games. Like I always say, it’s okay if you leave me for a while, it’s okay to scold me if I do something wrong, and if I’m going in the wrong direction, I think it’s right to tell me firmly. That kind of honesty actually makes the bond between my fans and me stronger.”
Speaking about acting, she reflected, “Acting isn’t just about looking into myself, but about learning the life of a character. In the end, seeing more, listening more, and accepting more becomes my strength. Lately, I’ve really been realizing that there’s no end to learning.” She conveyed her mindset of continuously growing as an actress.
