WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon recently opened up about his childhood experience on the latest episode of 'Zip Daesung.'
In the episode released on November 14, Kang Seung Yoon joined Daesung for a hypnosis therapy where they visited their past lives through hypnosis.
During the show, Daesung happily noted Kang Seung Yoon’s return to the spotlight, saying, “He’s making a comeback soon.” In fact, Kang Seung Yoon released his second full-length album on November 3, marking his long-awaited return to fans. The two celebrated the moment with a special piece of content by attempting a past-life hypnosis session.
Once under hypnosis, Kang Seung Yoon revisited his childhood and recalled memories from his elementary school years. He first mentioned being surrounded by many friends, but soon revealed a more vulnerable side, sharing, “I remember being bullied quite a lot.”

He reflected on the experience, saying, “I was small and skinny, so I couldn’t express myself well. I was introverted, and I was always afraid that if I stood out even a little, I’d get bullied. So I kept shrinking back.”
Known for his warm and candid energy, Kang Seung Yoon showed a more mature, introspective side through this heartfelt confession. The timing—just before his comeback—makes the moment even more meaningful for fans.
