On November 13 KST, Min Hee Jin released a statement to address the decision by NewJeans to honor the court's ruling and return to ADOR.
She stated, "The collective decision made by the members of NewJeans to return to ADOR was reached after much deliberation. Therefore, I respect and support their decision. There were difficulties, but I cherish the courage shown by the members when they ultimately chose to join hands in order to protect one another."
Min Hee Jin continued, "I can start over again where ever and whenever. But NewJeans must be protected and must remain 5-members. I hope that the members will grow stronger and firmer as NewJeans, and more than anything else, I wish all 5 members happiness."
The producer also remarked, "Due to the overlap of numerous lawsuits, it has been tough on all of us for some time now. But the dispute between me and HYBE Labels is unrelated to NewJeans. I am doing my best as an individual and hope that the truth will be revealed. I ask for your support."
Earlier on November 12 KST, ADOR announced, "NewJeans members Haerin and Hyein have expressed their wishes to resume their activities with ADOR." While Minji, Hanni, and Danielle also publicly relayed their intentions to return to ADOR in a press statement, ADOR claimed that the return of these three members was "not yet agreed upon."
