IVE's Wonyoung is currently receiving both praise and criticism for her new solo song 'EIGHT.'

On October 31, IVE held the first concert in their 'SHOW WHAT I AM' world tour. The concert had a special surprise in store for fans: solo stages for each member, with brand new songs to be revealed. 

Wonyoung's self-composed solo stage quickly went viral, both for its unexpected concept and for the polarizing reactions it drew. 

Netizens have been divided with their opinions on the bold solo performance, with some praising Wonyoung's performance skills and artistry, and others criticizing the song choice and outfit as 'tacky.'
