
'Elle UK' has issued a statement of apology for the controversy caused by the cropping of Rosé from a photo taken during 'Paris Fashion Week'.
Previously, Rosé appeared at the 'Saint Laurent Spring/Summer 2026 Collection Show' during 'Paris Fashion Week' along with stars like Hailey Bieber, Zoë Kravitz, and Charli XCX. While covering the event, 'Elle UK' posted a photo on Instagram of Hailey Bieber, Zoë Kravitz, and Charli XCX posing together. Soon, fans pointed out that Rosé had been cropped out of the photo, brewing accusations of "racism".
When global fans continued to demand an apology for the incident, the UK magazine succumbed on October 3 KST, writing,

A day earlier, seemingly in response to the fans' criticism over the controversy, 'Elle UK' deleted the original image and replaced it with the post below, claiming that "the most standout look" at the 'Saint Laurent' show "came courtesy of Rosé". The post has since been updated with similar remarks of apology as the statement issued above.
