Just like yesterday, he’s rocking the cute glasses style today.” In the clip, Yeo Jin Goo is seen greeting fans while heading to his schedule. What especially stood out was his transformed physique with broader shoulders and visibly thicker arms.
Even in a casual checkered shirt over a black sleeveless tee, his muscular frame was hard to miss. His healthy and powerful build contrasted with his usual softer image, surprising many fans. Online reactions poured in, with comments such as, “Jin Goo looks fuller now,” “He’s gotten chubbier,” “Even when he gains weight, he’s still cute,” and “I almost didn’t recognize him.”

Addressing the changes, Yeo said, “I’ve always built muscle easily since I was young, and as I kept training, my body just grew. Lately, I’ve been incorporating more cardio to tone down a bit. Honestly, I didn’t even realize how big I had gotten myself.” On his size compared to Kang Ho Dong, he added with a laugh, “Standing next to Ho Dong, even I thought I looked too big. That’s why I’m focusing on cardio these days to balance things out.”
