Lim Young Woong has once again proven his star power. The music video for "Eternal Moment," released on his official YouTube channel, has surpassed 1 million views in only three days, with the view count soaring at a remarkable pace.
The video was unveiled a day before the release of his second full-length album, instantly captivating fans with Lim Young Woong’s warm visuals, flawless proportions, and expressive acting. His delicate gestures and emotions in sync with the lyrics drew praise such as, “This isn’t a music video, it’s a short film.”
"Eternal Moment" serves as the title track of his second studio album "IM HERO 2." With its poetic lyrics and profound message about life, the song adds depth to the 11-track album, which showcases the expanded musical spectrum and matured charm of Lim Young Woong.
Even before the official release, anticipation ran high thanks to a large-scale pre-listening event. Marking a first in Korea and the largest of its kind, the album was previewed through simultaneous screenings at around 50 CGV theaters nationwide. The response was so enthusiastic that the event was dubbed "Hero’s Movie Theater Concert," with ticketing as competitive as a live concert.
Upon release, the album achieved outstanding results. Not only did the title track enter the charts, but several B-sides also ranked high. "Eternal Moment" climbed onto the Melon HOT 100, even surpassing K-pop Demon Hunters's "Golden".
The momentum doesn’t stop here. Beginning in Incheon this October, Lim Young Woong will embark on his nationwide "IM HERO" tour.
