Actor Lee Jang Woo opened up about why he isn’t dieting ahead of his upcoming wedding.
On August 28, the YouTube channel zzin_uncle featured TVXQ’s Changmin as a guest, visiting popular restaurants in Yongsan-dong, Seoul, alongside Lee Jang Woo.
During the video, Changmin asked Lee Jang Woo how he felt about his upcoming marriage. The actor replied, “Honestly, I’m getting married because I want to have children. I really want to have many kids.”
When asked if he felt the need to lose weight before the wedding, Lee Jang Woo responded, “My fiancée told me not to,” drawing attention and smiles from viewers.
He added, “She’s 174 cm tall, and she was worried that if I lost weight and my face became smaller, her face would look too big in comparison.”
Changmin jokingly recalled, “The last time I saw you was three years ago during the musical 'Rebecca.' You wore a suit and looked sexy and cool. You were sexy back then, but not as ‘full’ as you are now,” eliciting laughter.
Lee Jang Woo also shared, “On other programs, people usually ask how long we film, but here they asked how much we eat,” adding a lighthearted note about the episode. Lee Jang Woo is set to marry actress Jo Hye Won on November 23.
